The IT Project Manager will be exposed to both traditional IT Project Management as well as M&A integration activities associated with recently acquired companies. In the traditional sense, the IT Project Manager will lead, oversee, and ensure the successful delivery and management of multiple IT enterprise software implementation projects, within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints that require dynamic change management to deliver business value. This role will require a strong understanding of Enterprise Business Applications (ERP, CRM, HCM) and the Agile/Scrum principles and practices. The incumbent will work with, drive changes, and support cross functional teams comprising Software developers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to implement and enhance business applications implementing and utilizing the agile framework.
Additionally, the IT Project Manager will perform M&A Project Management Integration activities. This includes working and leading multiple workstreams to create the “IT Integration plan” and then on behalf of IT work with multiple business workstreams to socialize all IT integration activities. The M&A Integration work will include fast paced business interactions to ensure alignment and coordination with business objectives while leading and communicating through change associated with M&A Integration activities, all while minimizing disruption to business operations.
Your Responsibilities Will Be:
· Lead the way for M&A Project Management activities. Project Manager is expected to align the IT resources to create the IT Integration plan.
· Communicate, communicate, communicate – all through the organization (IT and Business) all aspects of the acquisition.
· Lead the way for ERP based migrations. The Project Manager will be expected to run and manage ERP migrations as well as traditional IT based projects.
· In this role the PM will create the IT PMO standard artifacts for each project: Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, tasks and required activities.
· Provides leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle and confers with project staff to outline work plan.
· Establishes work plan and staffing for project activities, iterations, or phases, and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel.
· Collaborates closely with internal/external Project Managers formally or informally.
· Performs risk assessments and implements mitigation plans.
· Facilitates translation of business needs into functional requirements; effectively transitions business requirements to solution delivery team, ensuring a clear and complete understanding of requirements.
· Effectively manages organizational change, training, testing, data migration, cutover, etc.
· Implements project communication plan and conducts weekly status meetings (and stakeholder meetings) with business customers and prepares status reports.
· Aligns with internal audit team to ensure all required documentation managed and archived for the projects assigned.
· Monitors project activities, ensuring the currency, quality, and integrity of the information, while providing consistency in content and “look and feel” across the enterprise.
· Ensures that project goals are accomplished and are in line with business objectives.
· Assigns duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority to project teams.
· Directs and coordinates activities of project teams to ensure that the project progresses on schedule and within budget.
· Establishes standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation.
· Continuously benchmarks project management performance to identify improvements and achieves higher maturity capability in project and portfolio management.
· Assesses and enhances team agility and maturity by developing coaching plans and conducting maturity assessments.
· Interacts and partners with project sponsors, key stakeholders, Project team/staff (including designated users and SMEs), Business unit (BU) management/executives, Business analysts, developers, and external service providers and consultants.

Required Qualifications:
· A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field and 5 plus years of experience deploying Enterprise Business applications and customer facing technologies; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
· A minimum of two years of demonstrated competency in a junior or assistant project management role involving the execution of multiple projects or a large project.
· Has a working knowledge of SOX Compliance activities within the context of project management duties.
· Experience building strong relationships with collaborators across an organization and external partners.
· Experience moving technical projects forward with minimal oversight, and ability to adapt to latest information, situations, or challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Previous M&A Integration project management experience is highly desired.
· 5-7 years of experience with ERP Migrations is preferred. Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is preferred.
· PMP certification is a plus, well versed with PMBOK knowledge areas and application of processes in conventional/hybrid projects.
· Agile certification such as CSM or PSM preferred. Prior experience in the Engineering design, and/or commercial industrial manufacturing industry is helpful.
