Trident Consulting is seeking an " SDET " for one of our prestigious clients in Chicago IL
Role: SDET
Location: Chicago IL (Hybrid - 3days a week)
Type: Contract
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
Collaborate with development teams to understand application features and architecture.
Write and execute test plans and test cases for both manual and automated testing.
Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
Perform functional, regression, and performance testing.
Integrate automated tests into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies. Research and implement new testing tools and technologies to enhance testing efficiency.
