Job Description:
" Knowledge of software development practice, concepts, technology and methodology
" Hands-on Experience in .Net framework and Microsoft programming
" language
" Hands-on Experience in Web applications and Web Technologies like
" JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular
" Exposure to ITIL framework and ITSM concepts
" Experience in the Airline domain to better understand and coordinate with
" Business stakeholders to gather requirements.
" Ability to analyze and troubleshoot the issues in the environment
" Hands on Experience in SQL Server, Oracle, Pervasive and
" knowledge Relational Database concepts
" Knowledge on AnyPoint Studio and MuleSoft
" Knowledge on PyTest or other Functional Testing Frameworks
" Knowledge on integration of Mule projects with Source Control and
" CI/CD pipelines
" Knowledge on Cloud Technologies like AWS, Azure
" Understanding of the technical behavior of apps and tools
" Understanding of the core business process in the area of expertise
" .NET, SQL, Airline domain, Support
" real-time monitoring site and services.
" Troubleshooting issues reported and checking logs for errors
" and anomalies
" creating reports and dashboards
" Server and application monitoring and maintenance
