Need only : USC, HIB and H4EAD

Strong Python Developer with Data Engineering background.
Additionally, a lot of the work they will be doing involves the following, so experience with any / all of these would be a plus:
Web Server Development (FastApi, etc.)
LLM prompt engineering and fine tuning
Client projects
