JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior UI/UX Product Designer to join our client's Live design team, aiming to revolutionize online buying and selling through real-time video interactions. This role involves designing seller tools to enhance business growth and creating engaging livestream experiences for buyers. Ideal candidates should be eager to impact a global customer base, reimagine the future of e-commerce, and excel in a dynamic environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design innovative 0-1 experiences as part of a rapidly expanding program.
Lead strategic alignments and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
Enhance eBay's design practices, utilizing the EVO design system for designing comprehensive experiences across mobile and desktop platforms.
Deliver thoughtful, human-centered solutions focusing on both immediate and long-term goals.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the design team's skills and processes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Comprehensive Product Design experience within complex ecosystems.
Proficiency in leveraging user research, visual and interaction design, and prototyping to deliver end-to-end customer experiences.
Strong ability to collaborate across functions, including with product managers, engineers, and user researchers.
Industry Experience:
Previous experience in e-commerce or related fields is beneficial, showcasing the ability to manage complex projects and drive significant business impact.
