Job Description:
• Provides support to all IT-related activities and initiatives, including guidance, assistance, coordination, and follow-up on IT problems and ensures resolution.
• Provides guidance, assistance, coordination, and follow-up on problems and ensures resolution.
• Provides support to a specific group of customers on applications, infrastructure, and technology related activities for small projects.
• Works with application developers and operations to support production applications and customer-specific operations.
• Trains customers on new products, applications, and platforms.
• Contributes to the achievement of team objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience in technical and customer-support required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
Supplier Notes:
• Onsite 5 days per week (will work between both Lake Mary offices
• 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm with a lunch... Overtime (evenings/weekends) opportunities available
• 3-5 years of experience in desktop support environment
• Team of 8 supporting 42 locations
• Clients are all internal
• Break/fix, software support, remote support
• Strong written/verbal communications
• SCCM to deploy packages is a plus
• Active Directory
• MS Teams between LOBs and technicians
• Jabber phone system
• Internal chat for assistance and knowledge transfer
• Close-knit training/ramp up period
• Financial services/domain experience is not required
• Degree is a plus but not required... experience/personality are more important
• 2 rounds of interviews (video first and then onsite)
