Job Duties:-
Develops innovation strategies, processes, and best practices.
Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects.
Supports and ensures business objectives being met.
Leads the discovery phase of medium to large projects to come up with high level design.
Leads the work of other small group of 3 to 4 engineers for assigned Engineering projects.
Leads and participates in end to end service implementations, data feeds ingestion, and orchestration.
Designs and implements low latency services.
Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
Troubleshoots business and production issues .

This resource would be working on the Unified Onboarding and Universal Account functionalities that are critical for Walmart Connect.
Will this role be hybrid?
Yes.
If hybrid, how many days per week will need to be in office?
2 days in office.

What is the makeup of the team?
The team comprises both senior and junior engineers, totaling eight members.
What are the day-to-day responsibilities?
The day-to-day responsibilities involve managing engineering projects from initiation to completion, including planning, task delegation, and progress tracking to meet project deadlines and quality benchmarks.
Providing technical leadership is critical, which involves offering expert guidance, conducting code reviews, and solving complex technical issues.
Effective collaboration with the cross functional team and other stakeholders is necessary to understand requirements, provide updates, and gather feedback.
Ensuring the quality and reliability of deliverables through rigorous quality assurance and performance monitoring, along with maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, is crucial.
