Position: Full Stack Software Engineer

By leveraging AI technology, the platform automates and resolves non-emergency calls, allowing 9-1-1 operators to focus on critical emergencies. The company is on a mission to optimize the efficiency of emergency call centers, reducing human intervention for repetitive tasks and streamlining operations.
Team Size:
You will be joining a small, dedicated team working to improve emergency communication centers (ECCs) by providing end-to-end solutions through cutting-edge technology.
About the Role:
As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be involved in both technical development and customer interaction. You'll be responsible for designing, building, and delivering end-to-end solutions that meet customer needs. This is a unique opportunity for engineers who want to engage with customers and understand their challenges firsthand, spending 20% or more of your time on-site with customers, offering direct integration assistance and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and build full-stack solutions to meet customer needs using modern technologies.
Engage with ECCs to understand the challenges they face and offer customized solutions.
Be hands-on with the entire software development lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
Provide technical support, customer service, and integration assistance.
Requirements:
3-7 years of experience in software engineering.
Strong technical skills with experience in React, Python, containerized applications, and Azure (preferred).
Excited about being customer-facing for at least 20% of your time.
Proven track record of shipping products and handling full-stack development.
Ability to break down and communicate deeply technical information clearly.
US Citizen only (due to the nature of the industry).
Nice-to-Haves:
Previous experience as a founder or being part of the first 10 employees at a startup is highly preferred.
