Daily Responsibilities:
Program Leadership:
Lead the end-to-end management of the Studio Financial & Sales Transformation program, ensuring alignment with Studios strategy and objectives.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive program roadmap, coordinating efforts across FP&A, Sales Planning, Enterprise Technology, and other relevant teams.
Serve as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders, providing regular updates on program status, risks, and key milestones.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the CIO and CTO organizations to ensure seamless integration of content and customer data systems into the program's scope.
Collaborate with Studios FP&A, Sales, Data Product Managers, and other business units to gather requirements, define project scope, and prioritize initiatives based on business impact.
Facilitate cross-team communication and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on program goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Technical Oversight:
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions that support the transformation of FP&A and Sales Planning processes.
Work with engineering, data, and IT teams to ensure that systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with the overall technology strategy.
Ensure technical solutions are effectively integrated with existing systems, and that data flows seamlessly across platforms to support decision-making.
Project Management:
Define project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, and manage the execution of those plans to ensure timely delivery.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
Manage budgets, resources, and dependencies across multiple projects within the program, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with program goals.
Stakeholder Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership, including Studios Stakeholders, Sales leaders, and Technology executives.
Present program progress, challenges, and successes to executive stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with strategic objectives.
Provide a forum for stakeholders to escalate issues and make key decisions that impact the program's success.
Change Management:
Coordinate and oversee a change management strategy that ensures smooth adoption of new processes and technologies across the Studios.
Ensure training and support to end-users are fully coordinated and scheduled, equipped to leverage the new tools and workflows.
Monitor and measure the impact of the transformation on business operations, adjusting as necessary to optimize outcomes.
Technology requirements:
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
Degree or certifications required:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Years experience:
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on large-scale, cross-functional technology implementations.
6+ years of experience in Media or Finance
