Overview:

Project involves migrating 30 local and regional PACs (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems) from 10 legacy vendors to a unified, cloud-based platform across the enterprise. The role is critical for managing the transition to a common platform, ensuring integration, migration, and support of third-party applications, and working with internal and external teams to meet project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and Design: Develop architecture, process flows, interfaces, and integrations for both hardware and software components. Coordinate with vendors and IT teams to build and implement these solutions.

Vendor Coordination: Work closely with third-party vendors to ensure specifications and requirements are met for RPAC/CPAC migrations.

AD Set & Group Management: Configure Active Directory sets, groups, and access rights as required for the project.

Project Management Support: Collaborate with project managers to define tasks, dependencies, timelines, and track project progress.

Documentation and Support: Create and maintain run books, recovery and failover procedures, and test plans for both unit and integrated testing.

Migration and API Management: Develop and manage context API builds, data extraction, manipulation, and migration strategies (including MRN consolidation, PPI reformatting, accession numbering, and worklist design for technologists and clinicians).

Laurel Bridge Implementation: Configure and deploy Laurel Bridge as the enterprise gateway for all modalities, ensuring proper workflow and routing setup. Test with F5 HA failover and manage Clinical Engineering migration through Laurel Bridge.

Legacy System Support: Support existing legacy systems throughout the phased rollout, ensuring continuity and minimal disruption.

Collaboration and Proactivity: Work with team leads and project managers in a proactive manner to stay aligned with project milestones.

Compliance and Reporting: Maintain accurate time, project tracking, and ensure compliance with security, governance, and Health policies.

Technical Skills Required:

Experience with cloud-based Client platforms, API development, and system integration.

Strong understanding of migration strategies, data extraction, manipulation, and consolidation techniques.

Familiarity with Laurel Bridge and F5 HA failover configuration.

Knowledge of legacy Client vendors (Change Healthcare, Fuji, Client, Intelerad) and third-party applications.

Proven ability to develop technical documentation and testing procedures.
