Title: AWS CLOUD DEVOPS LEAD/MANAGER
Location: Tampa, FL (onsite 3 days a week)

CloudOps role Skills:
AWS Core Services:
Hands on experience with AWS core services like EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and VPC.
Proficiency in designing, deploying, and managing AWS resources.
AWS Networking:
Experience with VPC design, including subnets, route tables, NAT gateways, and peering connections.
Experience with AWS networking services such as Direct Connect, Route 53, and Elastic Load Balancing (ELB).
AWS Security:
Expertise in IAM (Identity and Access Management), including policies, roles, and multi-account setups with AWS Organizations.
Experience with security practices for EC2, RDS, S3 and other core services.
Knowledge of encryption mechanisms (KMS, SSL/TLS) and best practices for securing AWS environments.
AWS Automation and IaC:
Hands on experience with AWS CloudFormation and Terraform for infrastructure automation.
Experience with AWS SDKs and CLI for scripting and automation.
AWS Monitoring and Logging:
Strong knowledge of CloudWatch for monitoring and alerting.
Experience with AWS CloudTrail for logging and auditing.
Familiarity with third-party monitoring tools that integrate with AWS, like Datadog or New Relic.
AWS Database Services:
Experience with Amazon RDS, DynamoDB, Aurora, and Redshift.
Knowledge of database migration services (DMS) and managing data replication and backups.
Containerization:
Experience with container services like Amazon ECS, EKS and EKS
AWS Cost Management:
Proficiency in using AWS Cost Explorer and Trusted Advisor to monitor and optimize costs.
Implementing cost-saving strategies like Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, and Spot Instances.
Disaster Recovery and High Availability on AWS:
Designing and implementing DR strategies using AWS services like Route 53, S3, and EC2 Auto Scaling.
Ensuring high availability using Multi-AZ deployments, Elastic Load Balancers, and Auto Scaling Groups.
AWS Compliance and Governance:
Understanding of AWS compliance frameworks and services like AWS Config, Artifact, and AWS Organizations for policy management.
