Summary:
Provide services support for a large enterprise network of close to 140 sites. Manage major application and site move and build projects in coordination with the team and the project manager. Assist the Network Analyst with creation of Network related reports, setting of network monitor thresholds and general oversight of the network health. Respond to operational requests day to day and act as the second level of escalation for incident resolution. Working closely with the Network Architect, review new technologies and standards and assist with the development of SOP's, runbooks, and other Operational resources for the Network team. Report regular status of projects and operational issues to the Service Delivery Manager (SDM).
This Role Performs:
Design, analysis, planning, modification, and maintenance of the network components, including network monitoring systems
Management of all Network equipment supporting the enterprise for both project and operational requirements
Evaluation of new Network technology.
Test network and Network systems
Monitor and resolve network incidents on a 24X7 basis
The position maintains technical expertise in all areas of network and Network hardware and software interconnection and interfacing, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and gateways
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or related field and a minimum of 8 years of experience on network & cyber Network
If not bachelor’s degree, Highschool plus 12 years’ experience will suffice.
Strong experience with Cisco Systems network, and datacenter products
Desired knowledge of technologies:
ACI, SD-Wan, SD-Access is a plus.
Knowledge with Cisco Client
Experience managing large application build and move projects
Strong background with Service and Change Management
Desired Qualifications:
Ability to present very complex technical concepts in understandable language
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Network
Experience creating and presenting project plans and designs
Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
