Troubleshooting performance tuning issues High CPU, high memory etc Manage Backups, refreshes, maintenance jobs etc

Good-to-Have Good troubleshooting skills to support business critical applications in Production

Mandatory Good Communication skills

Mandatory Work Experience on incidents/Changes/requests/tasks on Service Now ITIL Knowledge / Certification SN
