Responsibilities:
 

LOCATION:                            721 Jetton Street, Suite 300, Davidson, NC 28036

 

TITLE:                                     Lead Full-Stack Developer

 

HOURS:                                  Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

 

DUTIES:   

 

Work on our internal no-code platform, built on a MERN+G stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js, GraphQL), including our internal PDF web mapping/management tool built on Java/NodeJS APIs and Perl/Java docker containers back end.

 

Play a critical role in all aspects of the development and deployment process, and help the team scale by improving processes and mentoring new developers.

 

Champion technical excellence and provide technical leadership by example on your team.

 

Implement high-quality features and fixes, with 80% unit and integration test coverage.

 

Work closely with internal partners, product managers, analysts, developers, and designers.

 

Contribute to the architecture and design of the platform as it evolves.

 

Reach across teams to help accomplish cross-cutting goals and clear blockers.

 

Educate team members on all aspects of the solution and best practices.

 

Maintain technical documentation, coding standards, and perform code reviews.

 

 

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related.

Five (5) years of experience as a Senior Developer or related occupation.

Five (5) years of experience as a Senior Developer or related occupation must include: JavaScript, React, and CSS; NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, GraphQL/GQL and relational databases such as SQL Server; Experience in at least one Object-Oriented Programming language such as Java, VB.Net, or C#.Net; OOP concepts, data structures, and algorithms; Software development security best-practices; Amazon Web Services (Lambda APIs, EC2, S3, etc.); DevOps tools: Jenkins, Octopus, GitHub, Terraform/Terragrunt; and Windows and Linux servers
