We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking HR technologist, for a 12 month contracting role, reporting to the VP, People Transformation and Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for accelerating P&P tech and AI capabilities, creating a seamless employee and manager service experience, and showcasing our product for the HR use-case. You love working cross-functionally, you're a thought leader in HR technology and have seen what good looks like, while always looking for the next opportunity to create better experiences and streamline the way we work.
Responsibilities:
Set up a framework for our HR tech roadmap and implementation strategy.
Lead the integration and adoption of technology and AI capabilities across People and Places.
Simplify the service experience for managers and employees, improving processes and content delivery throughout our employee lifecycle.
Develop and manage the People and Places content strategy, ensuring accurate, relevant, and timely information availability.
Govern HR tech stack decisions with a focus on tech stack consolidation and user-experience, ensuring alignment with CIO strategy and smooth implementation of chosen solutions.
Be the People and Places lead for the implementation roadmap, staying up-to-date on new features and partnering with our Ops integration and People Services teams to implement.
Drive our showcase work, elevating how HR functions can use to create a simple and effective HR support experience and meeting with customers and potential customers to speak to our use case.
Maintain a close partnership with the CIO organization to ensure alignment in tech-adoption and digital transformation strategies.
Stay up-to-date with the latest HR tech and AI trends, adapting our strategy accordingly.
Skills:
7+ years' of relevant experience
A bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field. A relevant master's degree or higher a plus.
Proven senior-level experience in IT and/or HR Operations.
Workday experience required.
HubSpot, Z*nd*sk, or ServiceNow experience
Knowledge of AI applications and their pragmatic use within HR.
Significant experience working in/with IT teams, particularly in implementing technology solutions within HR.
Demonstrable strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and team collaboration abilities.
