Summary:

Generally focused on the look, feel, operation, user experience and functionality of the partner digital experience.

Creates external web pages, including graphics and functionality.

Designs web page layout and online content, user interface graphics, icons, color schemes, content, and infrastructure for a variety of strategic initiatives.

Performs development and maintenance programming for web pages and web applications.

Performs web usability testing. Partners with the enablement team to implement pages or applications into production.

Assures web server and site technical performance. Develops, assesses, and communicates website usage and security policies and standards.

May assist in the planning of overall strategy involving usage. Requires knowledge of AEM Cloud, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, other tools and protocols.

What you get to do in this role:

Ideate, conceptualize, and create innovative designs for a variety of projects, programs, and initiatives that will support and elevate the Partner Enablement teams' efforts to scale and grow the ServiceNow Partner Ecosystem.

Conceptualize and create innovative designs for a variety of internal and external projects: PowerPoints, e-books, infographics, digital banner creation, photo cropping/manipulation, email graphics, and web design.

Innovate and elevate our visual design system, push forth new ideas and articulate artistic rationale to support creative concepts and direction.

Collaborate with Partner Enablement team to understand full goals and objectives of our various new or existing program rollouts.

Understand the ServiceNow Partner Ecosystem and the ways in which we can simplify and ease the way we do business with our partners through design, visuals, and creative media.

Develop a solid understanding of ServiceNow's corporate messaging system, brand, products, target audiences.

In order to qualify for and be successful in this role, you should have:

3+ Years graphic design and creative experience ideally spanning branding, publishing, and website design, with a complete understanding of the concept to production design process.

Must have advanced skills using:, Adobe Creative Suite, in particular: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite and some awareness in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Flash, and Bridge.

An excellent and diverse creative portfolio that exemplifies creative concepting with a focus on simplifying what can be confusing content.

Strong communicator who has the ability to present concepts and work to all levels in the organization.

Outstanding team player: excellent collaboration skills and self-motivated to engage with the rest of the Partner Enablement team.

Extremely organized, detail-oriented self-starter that can juggle multiple projects to accomplish critical goals.

What backgrounds/skills can we be more flexible with that can be learned on the job?

Preferred - Previous work at a SaaS or Software company.

Preferred - AEM-Cloud experience

Preferred - understanding of CSS, HTML, TypeScript
