Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of __30-40%_Incoming tickets and emails, 30-40% acting on the tickets, 20- 40% Supporting creating IT ops team.

Supporting the desktop systems for Turn 10 development:

Requirements:
Support Desktop Hardware/Software troublehsooting

General Break Fix support

Hardware refreshes

Work with IRT team on ticket triaging

Support OPs with tier1 tickets

Strong Customer Support Skills

Handle user hardware onboarding / offboarding

Support Turn 10's Devkit Infrastructure

Years of Experience Required: 1-3 overall years of experience in the field.
