Responsibilities:
PeopleTec is currently seeking a Senior Program Manager to support our Huntsville, AL location.
PeopleTec is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic team. The selected candidate will be a member of our Huntsville lethality test and analysis team and will lead projects involving various Department of Defense and Department of Energy programs, developing, executing, and managing system and component-level tests and analyses. Our team members represent some of the foremost experts in hypervelocity impact testing and post-impact analysis and have the opportunity to work with a wide-ranging group of Customers to develop innovative and creative solutions to address the nation’s most pressing challenges.
Duties Include:
Provide Technical Leadership to a diverse team of engineers, scientists, software developers, and technicians.
Lead project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among members
Provide technical analysis in the domains of hypervelocity impact research, testing, and analysis
Lead and support unit and corporate Business Development activities
Drive and support business growth in the testing and system effectiveness and modeling domains to expand organizational capabilities and opportunities
Provide Mentorship to unit and corporate employees.
Develop team members in technical and business development skills and confidence, fostering a culture of career advancement and technical excellence
Work proactively with our partners and customers.
Engage with multiple partners and customers, fostering relationship, business, and technical success
Represent the organization at industry conferences, workshops, and meetings as a recognized technical leader in the industry
Qualifications:
Required Skills/Experience:
Demonstrated knowledge of weapon system acquisition lifecycle
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and independently
Travel: up to 10 %
Must be a U.S. Citizen
An active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment. (Top Secret clearance is prefferred)
Preferred/ Desired Education/ Experience Requirements:
Master of Science Degree from an accredited university in a related discipline (engineering, physics, computer science, mathematics) and 12 years or more of professional experience.

Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited university in a related discipline (engineering, physics, computer science, mathematics) and 14 years or more of professional experience.
