? About This Opportunity

Responsibilities:
JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for the independent day-to-day reporting, analysis, and insight generation for the entire enterprise project portfolio to support executive-level decision making.  Work spans the entire project management lifecycle starting from ideation through verification.  This individual will work closely with other cross-functional analytic experts to establish and maintain a trusted ecosystem of information including, but not limited to:  project status, timelines, financial performance, KPI's, human capital, forecasts, interdependencies, verification, etc.    

      

 

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

Data collection, reporting, and insight development for the entire enterprise portfolio (hundreds of projects) to support the information needs of senior decision makers (VP+) within the company.

Ad-hoc analysis of the project portfolio to support specific questions or clarifications from senior stakeholders.

Continuous development & improvement of portfolio related information systems, processes, and operating cadences to elevate the quality and consistency of data used to support decision making.

Proactively coordinates with other cross functional subject matter experts to establish and maintain reliable ecosystems of information associated with projects across the entire portfolio.

Qualifications:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

EDUCATION: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree

YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 6+ years

YEARS OF MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE: NA

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Degree with focus on analytical or financial accumen.  Preferred areas of expertise include data sciences, finance, accounting, economics, information systems, statistics, etc.

Deep data, reporting, visualization, and analytics expertise

Enteprise level expertise for reporting for weekly, monthly, and custom ad-hoc requests

Development of forecasting and prediction models for schedules, human capital, and financial plans.

KPI development and reporting inclusive of common statistical methods, test vs. control approaches, quantitative, assessments, qualitative assessments, etc.

Familiar with sourcing and presenting data from common enterprise platforms including Oracle, BI tools, Excel, PPM (Project Portfolil Management) platforms, Workday, Beeline, Service Now, employee survey tools, etc.

Certifications note required but preferred candidates may have:  PMP, PfMP, SAFe, Power BI, SAS, CAP, or other related analytics and project management certifications are preferred but not required based on work experience
