Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with expertise in Drools and Java as the primary skill, along with experience in Angular and RDBMS. Knowledge or experience in claims or insurance is a plus. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced applications that efficiently meet business and end-user requirements. The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong programming abilities, and a passion for creating cutting-edge solutions. Responsibilities:
" Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into efficient technical solutions.
" Design, develop, and implement user-friendly, scalable, and high-quality software applications using Drools, Java and Angular
" Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, principles, and best practices.
" Continuously optimize application performance through monitoring, profiling, and fine-tuning.
" Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements and enhancements to existing systems.
" Troubleshoot and debug applications to identify and resolve software defects and production issues in a timely manner.
" Collaborate with QA engineers to implement robust testing strategies, including unit, integration, and performance testing.
" Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members whenever required.
" Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
Requirements:
" Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
" Proven working experience as a Full Stack Developer, specializing in Java /Drools as the primary skill
" Strong programming skills in Drools and Java
" Extensive knowledge of SpringBoot Framework, or other relevant Java frameworks.
" Proficient in Angular (versions 2 and above) with expertise in building reactive web applications.
" Experience in designing and developing Restful APIs and working with Web Services (SOAP/REST).
" Experience with cloud technologies (such as Microsoft Azure or AWS) and containerization (Docker or Kubernetes).
" Solid understanding of RDBMS principles, SQL, and database design concepts.
" Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git.
" Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
" Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
" Strong written and verbal communication skills.
" Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality code.
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Qualifications:
" Experience in the claims or insurance industry.
" Familiarity with frontend technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js).
" Exposure to NoSQL databases (MongoDB, CouchDB, etc.).
" Understanding of DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
" Relevant certifications in Java/.NET, or Angular.
