.Net Full stack Lead Engineer (Onsite)
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CX-Scrum Master Angular 13-16 and .NET along with a strong background in Asset and Wealth Management. This role involves leading complex software projects collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality solutions that drive business success.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, test, tune and implement n-tiered web-based Dot Net applications while collaborating with Development, Enterprise Architecture and Product teams.
• Excellent understanding and writing of SQL server procedures, views, functions and designing skills, caching and exception handling
• Maintain, troubleshoot, optimize and enhance existing systems
• Work collaboratively with QA, DevOPS teams to adopt CI/CD tool chain and develop automation
• Experience in JIRA, GITHUB etc.
• Communicate with technical and non-technical groups on a regular basis as part of product development
• Good communication skills.
• Maintain and enhance existing systems
• Serve as subject matter expert for all systems owned by the team
• Identify and recommend options to improve existing systems
• Plan future growth with new or transformed systems
• Manage a team of developers and QA (onshore and offshore)
• Manage team releases
• Manage SDLC and agile artifacts and reporting
• Lead scrum ceremonies (standup, retro, demo)
• Identify and help mitigate cross-functional obstacles.

· .Net CORE (5+ years of experience)
· Angular 13+ (5+ years of experience)
· Application designing (5+ years of experience)
· Scrum Master role (2+ years of experience)
