Solutions Architect

At CADDi, we're looking for a skilled Solutions Architect to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and driving growth.  This position offers dynamic and hands-on experience, and you'll wear multiple hats and contribute to various customer-facing functions at CADDi.

What your days will look like:

Directly interact with sales, partners, and customers to understand their specific needs and requirements.

Develop and implement innovative solutions to integrate customer systems with our platform, leveraging technologies like RPAs and APIs.

Extract, analyze, and transform data from various sources to support demos, reports, and decision-making.

Design, build, and maintain integrations between our platform and third-party systems, ensuring data security and compliance.

Provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems.

Create and maintain clear and concise documentation for system architecture, integration processes, and troubleshooting procedures.

Requirements

What will a successful Solution Architect bring to the table:

Strong proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, or Python. Familiarity with PDM/PLM/ERP software.

Deep understanding of database architecture, including query optimization, data modeling, and data warehousing.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Self-motivated and proactive approach to work with a passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Possesses a global mindset with a willingness to work with teams across different time zones and cultures.
