QA/Parasoft/Java/Cucumber: TX

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Application Programmer with our client in the financial industry located in Plano, TX. This is a 12 + month contract position.

Responsibilities:

Support parallel projects, in waterfall/agile/etc. development methodology in fast-paced environment

Perform system and data analysis based on business need including integration testing and data quality validation

Create test plans, scripts and artifacts for all phases of testing

Identify, document and resolve data quality/data integrity issues

Analyze and test DDCT mappings, workflows/sessions and other MW jobs/processes

Ensure adherence to locally defined standards

Requirements:

5 years of experience in treasury/payment/ transactions services

Proficient with mapping and requirements analysis

Experience with testing data to support the business requirements

Metadata management and data integrity skills

Selenium; Java; Python

Strong knowledge in Tools such as Parasoft SOA/ SOAP UI/ RIT/ LISA

Strong knowledge in Technologies/Programming such as Core Java, VB Scripting, SQL, Basic Unix, Cucumber

3+ years of Data/File/Database and ETL/Data warehouse testing and proficient in testing all conversions – File to file, file to Database, database to file, etc.

Strong command over SQL

Ability to write complex queries across different systems (preferred Oracle & DB2/Netezza)

Strong experience in parsing & generating data/files, bank standards (SWIFT, etc.), XML and XPath

Desired skills:

Shell Scripts/Regular Expressions (RegExps)/UNIX experience 

Eclipse or NetBeans Project Management; Test NG; Version Management' Web Services Testing

Payments knowledge

Pay Range: $58.26 - $66.26
