IT Systems Engineer - San Mateo, CA

Our enterprise-level client in San Mateo, CA, has a need for a IT Systems Engineer.  Please see below for full details—

Job Notes:

--6+ month contract / extendable and likely to go perm with good performance.

--Onsite in San Mateo, CA

--Drug & Background check required.

--Hours: 8am - 5pm PT (Mon - Fri)

--Pay Rate = $35-38 w2 per hour depending on experience.

 

Scope of Job:

--Provides intermediate level server and infrastructure installation, configuration, support and troubleshooting services in the Wintel environment.

--Advanced level desktop configuration, support and troubleshooting services.

 

Specifics:

Perform support functions for all digital infrastructures, i.e., network, hardware, software, phones, etc., at Customer site regarding quality, quantity and configuration. This will include the planning of/for equipment and systems.

- End User Break/Fix support

- VIP Support

- Asset Management including refresh, planning of and for equipment and systems

- SLA attainment

- Cross site support -- supporting Oxnard site.
