We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team, with a primary location option in Pleasanton, CA, Boise, ID. This role involves leveraging SQL, Excel, and various dashboarding tools to address business challenges, enhance strategic growth through qualitative and quantitative analysis, and generate actionable insights from campaign performance and KPIs. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our analytics team, providing comprehensive analytical support across various functions and initiatives, aiming to drive business value and support decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize expertise in SQL, Excel, and dashboarding tools to analyze data and solve business problems.
Manage data extraction and manipulation from the customer data warehouse to meet analytical and operational needs.
Conduct in-depth analyses leading to strategic recommendations for growth and innovation in product tools.
Design and maintain dashboards and reports that encapsulate key business metrics.
Provide impactful analytical support for cross-functional projects and communicate findings to facilitate informed business decisions.
Must-Have Skills:
Advanced skill level in SQL and proficiency in Excel and dashboarding tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
Strong capability to convert complex data into actionable business insights.
Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on the abstraction and presentation of analytical findings.
Industry Experience:
Prior experience in Marketing, Merchandising, or Customer Analytics strongly preferred.
The role offers a competitive salary range of $83,000 to $108,000 annually, with flexibility based on experience, skills, and location. Benefits include comprehensive healthcare, paid time off, retirement plans, and more, aimed at supporting a healthy work-life balance.
