Job Requirements / Description
You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's network infrastructure, ensuring secure and efficient data communication across multiple locations. Working within the fast-paced and dynamic environment of freight forwarding, you will oversee network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize connectivity for our global logistics operations. Your role will be crucial in supporting the seamless flow of data between departments, clients, and partners, enabling the efficient movement of goods worldwide.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Worldwide support of user's hardware and software needs

Research new technologies that will help the companies be more efficient and keep our systems up to date.

Install, configure, maintain, and support all servers and desktops.

Configuration of servers in Microsoft's Hyper-V.

Create computer images for deployment on all desktops and laptops.

Maintain backup systems, VPNs, firewalls, switches, and anti-virus.

Support and maintain applications such as Windows Active Directory Domain, Office 365, Okta, Box

Setup and support local area and wide area networks.

Configure printers in Windows print servers.

Troubleshoot computer and network issues.

Test all software before implementing it in production.

REQUIREMENTS:

5+ years of experience supporting local and wide area networks.

Experience in network and end user support

Knowledge of networks, operating systems, servers, desktops, printers, hardware, and software

Technical experience such as Windows, Active Directory, Hyper-V, Office 365, etc.

Excellent communication skills
