Job Duration: 12 Months on W2

Job Description:

Responsible for the development, design and implementation of new or modified software products or ongoing business projects.

Primary Responsibilities:

" Working closely with other developers, designers, business and systems analysts

" Develop applications.

" Provide guidance on industry best practices, guidelines and governance for web applications and web sites.

" Work closely with Quality Assurance to ensure end product is delivered with quality outcomes.

" Perform benefit analysis for IT solutions and make recommendations for technology direction.

" Researching, designing, implementing and managing software programs

" Testing and evaluating new programs

" Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications

" Writing and implementing efficient code

" Determining operational practicality

" Developing quality assurance procedures

" Deploying software tools, processes and metrics

" Maintaining and upgrading existing systems

Qualifications:

" Technical Degree or related discipline

" Experience in designing and building applications in various languages.

" In-depth knowledge of programming for diverse operating systems and platforms using development tools
