Data Analyst
Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid)

Candidate Preference: Local to Richmond, VA, or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities:

Work within a Data Warehouse/Data Governance platform to analyze data and provide insights.

Utilize SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources.

Create visualizations and reports using Tableau to communicate findings effectively.

Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data insights.

Interpret data quality results and metrics to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst, preferably in a Data Warehouse/Data Governance environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in SQL, data analysis techniques, and data visualization tools (Tableau).

Demonstrated ability to think critically and examine complex datasets.

Ability to interpret and communicate data quality results and metrics effectively.
