Title: Digital Operations -UX Design Enablement Consultant (Financial Services)
Location: Hybrid 3 days (Location options: Minneapolis, Atlanta, Cincinnati, Chicago, New York, Irving-TX, Charlotte, San Fran, Concord-CA, Cincinnati -OH)
Duration: 11+ month contract
Compensation: $65-71/hr.
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders, or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
Work closely with colleagues at all levels, from senior business leaders to front-line staff, and solves challenging and complex business problems across UX Design and their partners.
Gathers and analyzes best practices within and outside of the company.
Provide objective recommendations and knowledge with the aim of creating value, increasing productivity, reducing cost, maximizing growth, and improving business performance.
Provides perspectives on enhancements, develops the desired outcomes, and implements changes.
Aligned to Digital Operations, focused on User Experience Design.
Work will focus on coordinating and facilitating the new brand rollout internally across several business areas and multiple products.
Additionally, organizing the workflow, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables of our internal design toolkit.
TOP MUST HAVE SKILLS: Design Ops, Communication (written and verbal), process improvement experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Experience with SharePoint authoring and organization
Curiosity to dive into understanding issues and creating solutions
Ability to solve complex problems and engage with different levels of stakeholders
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Previous process improvement experience preferred
