Work on production issues assigned
Work on application quality controls (QI) per SOP
Proactively monitor and manage incidents and service requests assigned to meet targets for backlog and aging.
Write SQL queries to research the issue and determine the impact list.
Improve and or create documentation on known errors
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for reoccurring issues
Provide value adds and ideas to improve/enhance the system
