Job Summary:

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Technology Strategy & Vision: Develop and implement the technology vision and strategy in alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end development of our technology solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and security.
AI & Signal Processing: Utilize your expertise in AI, LLMs, and signal processing to drive the development of intelligent, data-driven solutions that enhance our service offerings.
Healthcare Integration: Leverage your healthcare background to ensure our technology solutions are compliant with industry standards and regulations, and effectively address the unique needs of the healthcare sector.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, operations, and business development, to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
Innovation & Research: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, and identify opportunities to incorporate innovative solutions that enhance our competitive edge.
Budget & Resource Management: Manage the technology budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Key Qualifications:
Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar leadership role within a technology-driven company.
Direct healthcare experience in building software/AI applications.
Experience within senior living/home care (RPM/CCM/CTM) market segments.
Voice engagement care plan delivery experience.
Strong background in AI, large language models (LLMs), and signal processing.
Experience in the healthcare industry, with a deep understanding of healthcare technologies and regulations.
Demonstrated success in leading and scaling engineering teams.
Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
