Job Requirements / Description
Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the appropriate life cycle phases for implementation and support for one large or multiple small projects.
Activities include coordinating resources, schedules, task assignments, project plans, and often perform systems analysis.
Serves as the primary contact with user groups and systems management.
Provides advice on methods and recommends changes in project management processes, standards and strategies.
Provides resolution of major issues and manages project interdependencies and handoffs.
Manages overall project communication and resolves issues.
Leads the preparation of business case, cost/benefit analysis, contingency planning and risk assessment. Oversee the development of recommendations regarding systems or process design solutions and process improvements.
Serves as a technical, subject matter resource for systems and business line staff.
Must Have Skills:
Familiar with Jira, Confluence
Project management and facilitation skills
Demonstrated analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Experience:
Having 3-6 years’ experience.
Nice to have Skills:
Familiar with IT and cloud-based projects and Technical acumen (means they have good broad based understanding of IT terms, how things work in IT, etc)
Education & Preferred Qualifications:
B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
7+ years of experience in hands-on technical product/program management or similar technical experience
Financial services industry experience and/or experience with regulated environments
Experience leading Technology or transformation initiatives and ability to effectively and diplomatically manage issues across functional teams
Proven ability to bring together, collaborate with, influence and build relationships across geographically disbursed teams
Skilled at explaining technical concepts in a clear and concise manner and possess an understanding of SDLC principles
Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, competencies, competencies, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
