Job Requirements / Description
Work closely with Scrum team/POD (e.g. technical lead, systems analyst, developers, product manager) to identify system/functional requirements.
Ability to perform manual testing and, especially, automation. This includes, but is not limited to preparing a detailed, comprehensive, test plans and test cases.
Must be able to explain testing or automation best practices
Track QA Metrics to ensure alignment with organization QA Goals
Knowledge of testing tools such as X-Ray, Selenium with Cucumber Framework, or the like.
Must be able to do SQL queries
There will be coding test in interview process--must be able to solve basic coding challenges
Ability to communicate across various teams (e.g. technical teams and stakeholders).
