Job Requirements / Description
1. Experienced Oracle HCM Cloud functional consultant. Working knowledge in NA Payroll, Canada Payroll, Absence, Core HR and Benefits2. Good knowledge of functionality in HCM Cloud3. Experienced in requirement gathering, design of HCM Cloud requirements including performing Setup s, maintaining Security.4. Good hands-on experience on requirement gathering for Integrations and Reports developments.5. Experience in presenting solutions to the client and to the technical team.6. Very good communication skill
