Job Description:

Lead the design and development of complex applications using Spring Boot, Microservices, and Core Java.

Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Ensure the implementation of best practices in coding, testing, and documentation to maintain high-quality standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices

Candidate needs to have Strong Agile Experience and Ability to understand and write User Stories, Acceptance Criteria and run Scrum Ceremonies.
