Job Requirements / Description
Responsibilities:
Monitor CORE Inbox for Alerts on Assets
Monitor Equipment through Client Marine Digital Tools
Review equipment alerts
Act on alerts with Technical Lead, CORE Manager, or Fleet Manager
Provide comments on actions
Cross Reference Digital tools while troubleshooting
Provide technical information for Fleet Managers for Customer service with dealer for Trouble calls
Document issues and status through the Sales Force Platform
Communicate noted issues to Customers through CORE Email
Education & Experience Required:
High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent
1-3+ yrs. working on machinery such as combustion engines, hydraulic systems, or pneumatic devices.
1-3+ yrs. Working with analytical data, utilizing quantitative analysis, preferably in data science, or engineering
Top 3 skills:
Some type of Mechanical background and some type of understanding of engine components
Interact frequently and high level with team members and provide documentation and reporting
Ability to work a computer, use Excel sheets
Three nice to have skills:
Ability to troubleshoot the engines or past experience in Oil & Gas is huge plus
Data analytic type experience is great to have
Quantitative analysis in data science or engineering is great
Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
