Job Requirements / Description
Our client is looking for a Level 2 Desktop Support Technician to work on site 3 days per week. This project is targeted to last until February 2025. Days and hours will be Tuesday - Thursday from 8AM to 5PM with a one hour unpaid lunch break. Technicians will help assist users with creating a ticket to document their issues and also provide hardware/software troubleshooting. Previous tech bar experience is a plus.
