Responsibilities:
The candidate will support the client’s mission goals and strategic objectives as a Systems Integrator (SI) by providing strategic planning, business planning, program increment, requirements management, governance and asset accountability support to the program. 

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Support the day-to-day direction of Sponsor, including external stakeholder program and project support, integration, relationship management, requirements management

Prepare content for communications, announcements, information material for internal and external audiences (e.g., presentations and reports).

Aid in meeting facilitation and information sessions, track actions from meetings, facilitate internal and external communication with stakeholders.

Assist the Sponsor in assessing, documenting, and tracking program requirements and follow-on technical exchange meetings (TEMs)

Provide project management support for quick-turnaround projects; to include development of budget plans, project plans, resource plans, logistics, requirements, and architecture design.?

Translate mission needs and business requirements into system, application, or process designs.

Serve as the interface to external development teams to communicate requirements, and also review schedules and deliverables. 

Monitor projects to ensure work scope and schedule are met and also communicated with stakeholders.

Participate in design reviews (hardware and software) to ensure solution will satisfy business and technical requirements.  

Develop programmatic control gate documentation and present at management and technical review boards.

Provide asset management support to the Sponsor.

Provide highlights and written documentation of team accomplishments and concerns.

Qualifications:
TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required

BA/BS and 8+ years of experience or Masters and 6+ years; four years of additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree

Strong organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize workload.

Ability to work in a dynamic team environment.

Demonstrated experience coordinating and working action items to completion.

Demonstrated experience exhibiting strong oral and written communication skills to include giving briefings/presentations, planning and facilitating meetings and providing support for technical documentation.

Demonstrated ability to convey complex issues clearly and concisely to senior leadership.

Self-starter and ability to manage multiple projects and/or activities.

Understanding of project control gate processes.

Experience with agile development models/processes.

Ability to work independently and across large teams.

Capability to deliver on multiple competing priorities with minimal supervision.

Ability to focus on problem solving and building relationships with key stakeholders with a proactive approach to improvement.

Ability to work with senior government officials under tight deadlines.

Ability to gather, review and synthesize information into presentable deliverables and communication

Experience with Project Management

On site, customer domain experience (desired)

PMP certified (desired)

Target Salary Range:
$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
