Pay Range: $65-70/hour on W2
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Tech Lead to join our development team of five. In this role, you will not only engage in hands-on coding and development but also provide leadership and mentorship to your team members. You will be responsible for conducting code reviews, communicating work progress and estimated completion times, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. This position is designed for someone with the ambition and potential to transition into a managerial role.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a small development team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices and high-quality standards.
Communicate project progress, timelines, and any potential roadblocks to stakeholders.
Requirements:
Proficient in object-oriented programming.
Strong experience with React for front-end development.
Expertise in TypeScript, particularly with AWS Lambda functions.
Familiarity with microservices architecture, specifically AWS Lambda.
Solid understanding of Node.js for back-end development.
Experience with Kubernetes, including EKS and cluster management.
Proficient in AWS cloud services.
Knowledge of PostgreSQL for database management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Tech Lead or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
