Onsite position 5 days in NYC

10am-6pm shift

$75-85k base + bonus

Our client, a leading real estate management firm, is looking for a Systems Administrator/Desktop support professional to join their IT team. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Windows/Mac environments with experience supporting o365 and Active Directory.

Responsibilities of Systems Administrator

Manage and maintain Office 365 environments, including user accounts and licenses.

Provide support and troubleshooting for Office 365 applications.

Implement and manage Office 365 migration projects.

Administer Active Directory, including user/group management and GPOs.

Perform regular audits to ensure integrity and security.

Provide technical support for hardware and software issues on Windows and Mac

Install, configure, and maintain servers, desktops, and peripherals.

Ensure timely resolution of IT issues.

Configure and support VPN solutions for secure remote access.

Troubleshoot remote connectivity issues.

Maintain and optimize remote access infrastructure.

Qualifications of Systems Administrator

Minimum of 3 years supporting Office 365.

Proven experience with Active Directory administration.

Strong background in hardware and software support.

Experience with remote and VPN support.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to haves of Systems Administrator

Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Azure Administrator Associate, CompTIA Network+).

Experience with cloud services and virtualization.

Knowledge of IT security best practices.
