Candidates must be local to Houston, TX
Flexible hours between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm
100% face-to-face for the first 3 months, then a hybrid schedule will be available (3 office days – 2 days remote)

Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science or related field; preferably with MBA or equivalent advanced degree
Minimum 8 years of experience in a business process-related role, with a strong background in consulting and project management
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Python for data analysis and automation.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly proficiency in Excel formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
Experience with different methods for dealing with large multidimensional datasets, including relational databases, SQL, and ETL.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Job Responsibilities
Understand aftermarket strategy (spare parts/service/repair) and work to achieve continuous improvements in business processes based on immediate and future business needs, using Python for data analysis and process innovation.
Understand system relationships for aftermarket/manufacturing and related processes, using Python for data extraction and manipulation.
Evaluate aftermarket business processes (parts/service/repair), anticipating requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and using Python for data analysis and process optimization.
Carry out the requirements of the work in accordance with the established procedures and specifications.
To help senior management provide strategic direction and develop, implement and monitor goals, objectives, priorities and procedures related to the organization, using Python for data-driven decision-making.
Assist with design and reporting with metrics used to demonstrate efficiency and effectiveness, identifying roadblocks and assessing impact on project plans, using Python for data analysis and reporting.
Assist in the development and implementation of system solutions for process improvements and automation.
Help document changes for future process changes/improvements.
