Job Requirements / Description
We are seeking a Scrum Master with 2-4 years of experience to join our team on a contingent basis. This role involves participating in initiatives of low to moderate complexity and identifying opportunities for process improvements within Scrum or Agile frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Scrum or Agile methodologies and be able to provide recommendations and solutions for challenges related to low-to-medium risk deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiative Participation: Engage in and contribute to low to moderately complex projects, ensuring adherence to Scrum or Agile principles.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing processes within Scrum or Agile frameworks and propose actionable recommendations.
Challenge Resolution: Review and analyze basic to tactical Scrum Master assignments, research alternatives, and present solutions for low-to-moderate complexity issues.
Independent Judgment: Exercise independent judgment in developing an understanding of functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Client Interaction: Provide clear and concise information to client personnel as needed, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Scrum or Agile methodologies, which can include work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
Skills: Strong understanding of Scrum or Agile principles and practices.
Problem-Solving: Ability to evaluate challenges and recommend effective solutions.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience: 2-4 years of experience specifically in leading Scrum teams.
Background: Experience or background in the financial sector is highly preferred.
