About the job
The Applied AI & Modelling (AAIM) Division is looking for a Software Engineer to define, design, and implement quality software integrations of Large Language Models producing high-quality AI collaborators, working with stakeholders to perfect tooling necessary for addressing customers’ complex business problems.
As a Software Engineer, you will:
Work closely with AAIM leaders to understand business data needs.
Research possible implementations of AI collaborators related to model development and operations
Effectively communicate and gain alignment both within the team and with interdependent teams and stakeholders on tools and processes.
Work on governance and security issues on acquired data with an emphasis on responsible AI
Work with AAIM engineering to research, develop, test and maintain tooling.
Ensure all applicable security policies and processes are followed to support the organization’s secure software development goals.
Required Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computational Finance, Statistics, Information Systems or related field;
5 years’ experience as a software engineer with a growth mindset to research development in the field of AI.
Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
Strong programming skills and experience in languages such as JAVA, Python, Golang
Strong knowledge and experience with databases and SQL.
Experience working in a Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery environment.
Knowledge of LLMs and AI Space.

Preferred Qualifications
Competency in public cloud – Google, Azure, AWS, snowflake, etc.
Knowledge of databases, sql, etc.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools including GitHub Actions.
