Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Project Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 + month contract position.
Responsibilities:
Influence across multiple stakeholder groups and solve complex problems with innovative risk, control, and technology solutions
Lead large scale programs/projects with multi-discipline project team members
Ensure accurate and transparent program/project status reporting in the form of written reports, system of record updates, live meetings with all levels of personnel
Manage timelines and communicate project status within matrix management environment
Build positive give and take relationships with stakeholders
Act as a liaison between audit, risk, technology, and line of business teams, including senior and executive leaders
Communicate complex topics and translate between business and IT stakeholders through verbal, written, and visual mediums
Communicate, influence, and negotiate both vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage necessary resources
Uncover root causes to business challenges, identify opportunities, and make recommendations
Plan, coordinate, and execute technology testing program deliverables which requires engagement across multiple organizations
Build technology testing programs, executing technology testing programs, communicating target outcomes, coordinating delivery, resource planning, providing visibility of program health, and managing program risks and compliance
Ensure delivery meets the expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, and cost and facilitating sync points between business and technology leaders and Risk and Compliance partners
Requirements:
10+ years of implementing multiple large scale technology projects
10+ years of applicable experience with technology Testing, Program, and/or Project Management
5+ years of audit experience in Audit or Risk/Control Management areas in financial services industry
Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
Expert knowledge and experience (SQL, Alteryx, Advanced Excel)
Experience with resolving regulatory issues
Experience building Data Control Testing programs
Practical knowledge of Change Management policies
Practical knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall Methodologies
Tableau
Excellent Communication (written and oral)
Python experience
PMMT, PCM experience, PPRT experience
Versed in Project Scope Financial Management
Pay Range: $52.10 - $60.10
