THE JOB
As a Plant Systems Integrator your roles and responsibilities will include:
Implement all plant systems projects in the area of expertise (SAP or Wonderware). Provide the technical expertise to configure, maintain and troubleshoot all plant systems at the assigned plant.
Provide guidance and training to plant operations to foster utilization.
Enforce standards that ensure global consistency of manufacturing and integration systems.
Establish and maintain close relationships with the regional IT SSO and ISM teams, plant leadership, engineering, plant operations and quality teams.
Actively participate in the global plant systems integrator s network.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Information Technology
5+ years experience with engineering, supply chain operations and/or IT Supply Chain required
3+ years experience with manufacturing operations and core processes
5+ years experience in programming and configuration in PLC s
Practical proven understanding of Wonderware manufacturing software or SAP manufacturing applications
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The ideal Plant Systems Integrator would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:
Proficiency in Wonderware manufacturing software such as:
Wonderware Orchestra
Wonderware MES
Wonderware InBatch
Strong proficiency in SAP usage and SAP Transactions such as:
Production Orders
Production Confirmations
Material Movements (Goods Receipts and Goods Issues)
SAP Quality Management - Critical model
SQL preferably using Microsoft SQL Server and SQL reporting services.
Manufacturing
Knowledge of Tableau
Basic understanding of:
Production Planning and Scheduling
Inventory Management
Planned Maintenance Concepts
Statistical Process Control (SPC) Concepts
Plant Floor Control System Concepts
Operational Excellence Standards and Expectations:
Quality Standards/Regulatory Requirements
Factory Performance and Reliability (FP&R)EOHS Standards
Plant Metrics such as throughput, Operating Efficiency (OE), unplanned downtime (UPDT)
Ability to configure and test plant systems
Proven track record of project management
