Job Summary:

We are an established Medical Supplies Distributor with 17 years in business.

We are seeking a determined IT Manager with a background in ERP / CRM implementation and web development to lead and oversee our company's IT initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of software implementations at our company, ensuring seamless integration, and automations that add value to all aspects of the business.

You will play a critical role in aligning technology solutions with the business strategy, improving efficiency, and driving innovation. The IT Director will oversee all IT operations like the development of our website, iOS app, ecommerce, ERP / CRM, and marketing automation to ensure optimal use of resources.

Experience in Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus. You will be expected to learn and acquire certifications in Salesforce administration, Certinia ERP, Pardot, as well as other apps.

You will learn each role (sales, AR/AP, purchasing, marketing, finance, inventory/warehouse) in the company to better understand its use of technology and contribution to our data infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM/ERP Implementation & Management:

Support the end-to-end implementation of ERP systems, by working with 3rd party consultants/developers to plan, design, configure, test, and deploy.

Ensure ERP solutions meet business needs and streamline processes.

Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements, develop process flows, and define system specifications.

Provide ongoing support, training, and system maintenance post-implementation.

Manage third-party vendors and consultants involved in the ERP implementation.

Generate meaningful automated reports covering all aspects of the business (sales, marketing, operations, finance).

Web Development & Management:

Oversee the development and maintenance of web-based applications, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance.

Work closely with internal stakeholders to design and implement user-friendly web solutions.

Manage a team of web developers and ensure adherence to project timelines and coding standards.

Conduct regular testing and quality assurance for web applications, ensuring functionality and security.

IT Infrastructure & Support:

Create a streamlined onboarding experience for new employees and their access to company technology.

Ensure the smooth operation of the company's IT infrastructure, including network, server, and databases.

Oversee IT support services and ensure quick resolution of technical issues.

Manage software and hardware procurement, installations, and upgrades.

Monitor system performance and implement improvements to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.

Digital asset management, marketing assets, etc.

Work with 3rd party vendors to increase security.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

Lead and mentor every member of the company in the use of technology, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT initiatives with business goals.

Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership on technology upgrades and investments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in IT management, with a focus on ERP implementation and web development.

A plus: ERP experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).

Understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and database management.

Experience managing full-cycle web development projects.

Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.

Ability to analyze complex problems and provide effective technology solutions.

Knowledge of IT security best practices and data protection regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud-based ERP systems.

Certifications in Salesforce Administration

ERP Certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate).
