Job Description
Partner with the Web Product Owner of the Digital Solutions Team within US Technology to evaluate, refine, measure, write, and maintain requirements for cross-functional teams on upcoming Web features and content updates. Support production stability by reviewing operations & customer feedback and investigating opportunities to improve existing features and processes. This Business Technical Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of customer-centric, best-in-class digital experiences.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with external and internal partners on Web related tasks such as backlog refinement, grooming, prioritization, and maintenance.
Partner with US Product Owners, leadership, marketing, operations, merchandising, legal, analytics, engineering, and design teams to refine requirements in the form of epics, stories, and incident reports
Bridge the gap between the business customer and the technology solution providers
Thoroughly understand and document business processes within Confluence
Continually evolve and maintain web documentation as needed.
Analyze customer insights, data, and competitive analyses to identify problems and opportunities
Support user testing in advance of, and following, each app release
Effectively manage communications with collaborators and other cross-functional teams
