JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide remote desktop assistance and support over the telephone.
Ensure all computers and networks are backed up, safe, and secure.
Deploy security updates across servers and computers.
Guide staff in using the company’s computer programs and adhering to security standards.
Install, setup, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop and laptop computers for end users.
Must-have skills:
Experience in Service Desk and Desktop Support for PC and Mac.
Strong interpersonal/communication skills for both technical and non-technical users.
Associate’s degree in computer technology or equivalent technical training.
