Job Summary::
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. This junior-to-mid-level role is primarily focused on the development of dashboards to support category-focused business intelligence initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to provide insights that drive business decisions.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: :
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards that support category management and business intelligence.

Work with large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and insights that align with business goals.

Utilize SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources.

Build and manage dashboards in Qlik to visualize data effectively.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.

Leverage MS Power Apps to automate workflows and enhance data accessibility.

Participate in continuous improvement efforts for dashboard performance and usability.

Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience)::
Required Skills and Experience:

Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

Experience with Qlik for dashboard development and data visualization.

Familiarity with MS Power Apps for workflow automation and process enhancement.

Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus):

Advana/DAF experience.

Understanding of Category Management principles and their application in business intelligence.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role.
