WHAT WE DO:
We focus on providing delivery, staffing, and supported services such as enterprise integration/implementations including, but not limited to, CRM, EAM, ERP, PMO, and QA. We service clients in SLED (state/local gov't & education), financial services, fortune, public utility, as well as regularly partnering with Big 4 SI partners.
DTI is responding to an RFP for Information Technology ( "IT ) Staff Augmentation and IT Services for Fairfax County, Virginia. 1.2. Fairfax County Government ( "FCG ) and Fairfax County Public Schools ( "FCPS ).
This is a 5yr contract scheduled to be awarded June of 2025

Description
Assist in the configuration and deployment of various network devices and services (e.g., routers and switches); Address field replacements (UPS, batteries, power supplies, patching etc.) and other network service tickets; Assist in network maintenance and system upgrades; Provide Level-1 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues; Liaise with other IT personnel for problem resolution; CCNA or related IT experience is preferred; Good understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model.
Experience with some or all the following:
Cisco family of switches (Catalyst)
Info Blox IPAM
SolarWinds NPM
Network cabling (ethernet & fiber)
